Secure services require staff who understand professional boundaries, confidentiality, safeguarding, risk management, communication and safe working practices.
We consider relevant secure-service experience, training, competencies and assignment-specific requirements when matching staff.
Appropriate checks include appropriate criminal-record and barred-list checks for the jurisdiction and role, Right to Work, references, employment history, qualifications, training and competency assessment, with NMC registration verified for Registered Nurses.
Any additional security clearance, vetting or site-specific requirements must be satisfied before deployment where required by the client or establishment.
