We review your application against the types of roles and assignments you are seeking.

Suitable applicants progress to an interview.
We explore your experience, values, communication, professional conduct, understanding of safeguarding, responsibilities and suitability for healthcare work.
Role-specific and scenario-based questions may also be used.

A training certificate does not automatically demonstrate competence.
Where an assignment requires specific competencies, we consider appropriate evidence of the worker’s knowledge, experience, practical competence and professional scope of practice.
For complex care this may include:

Where professional registration is required, it will be verified with the relevant professional regulator.
For Registered Nurses, this includes verification of NMC registration.

Before being considered ready for appropriate assignments, the required recruitment and compliance information must be satisfactorily completed.
Being registered with us does not automatically mean you are cleared for every assignment. Individual clients, settings and roles may have additional requirements.

Once appropriately cleared, we create a professional staffing profile containing relevant information such as:
