We supply qualified, compliance-checked and competency-assessed Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLDs) to health and care organisations across the UK.
Our RNLDs can support short-notice shifts, temporary cover, block bookings and longer-term staffing requirements.

We can supply RNLDs to learning disability services, supported living, residential services, community healthcare, complex care and prison and secure services.
Depending on the service and individual competencies, RNLDs may support with health assessments, care planning, medicines management, communication needs, positive behaviour support, risk management and promoting greater independence and quality of life.
RNLDs are matched according to the needs of each assignment, including relevant learning disability experience, specialist training and demonstrated competencies.
Our pre-deployment process includes appropriate NMC registration verification, Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, references, training, employment history and competency checks.
