We can match staff to complex care packages involving adults, children and young people, ensuring the professional’s experience and competencies are appropriate to the individual and assignment.
For children’s packages, this may include appropriately experienced RCNs and paediatric-trained healthcare staff.
Completing a training course alone does not automatically demonstrate competence.
For specialist assignments, we consider the worker’s training, experience, competency evidence and scope of practice against the specific requirements of the care package.

Appropriate checks include Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, references, employment history, qualifications, specialist training and competency assessment, with NMC registration verified for Registered Nurses.
