At Veterans Healthcare Staffing UK, we want people to feel able to raise concerns, make complaints, speak up, recognise good practice and tell us where we can improve.
Whether you are a client, healthcare professional, service user, family member, representative or member of the public, we will provide a clear route for you to contact us.

If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service without delay. Submitting a form should not delay emergency action. If your concern relates to a safeguarding matter, appropriate information may need to be shared with relevant safeguarding, regulatory, professional or statutory bodies where required to protect people from harm.
Use this form to make a complaint, raise a safeguarding, quality or staff conduct concern, or speak up (whistleblowing). You can use this route to raise concerns about unsafe practice, wrongdoing, misconduct or other matters that you believe should be brought to our attention.
