We supply qualified, compliance-checked and competency-assessed Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to health and care organisations across the UK.
Our RMNs can support short-notice shifts, temporary cover, block bookings and longer-term staffing requirements.

We can supply RMNs to mental health services, hospitals, supported living, residential services, community healthcare and prison and secure services.
Depending on the service and individual competencies, RMNs may support with mental health assessment, care planning, medicines management, risk management, therapeutic engagement, monitoring mental wellbeing and supporting people with complex mental health needs.
Staff are matched according to the needs and risks of each assignment, including relevant mental health experience, specialist training and demonstrated competencies.
Our pre-deployment process includes appropriate NMC registration verification, Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, references, training, employment history and competency checks.
